Scarlett Nguyen was born and raised in Vietnam. She moved to States when she was 2 years old but moved back to Vietnam again after 3 years living overseas. Later, during her middle-school years, she studied abroad in Singapore for a year and moved to Melbourne, Australia when she was 16. She is passionate about English/Literacy, clinical psychology, politics and education. She speaks fluently Vietnamese, English, Mandarin, French and Arabic. Furthermore, she believes in being a long-life learner who continues on learning from experiences and people around her.
