  • Learning Process

    1. Read aloud - For teacher to identify and analyse the student’s fluency, pronunciation, decoding, vocabulary, reasoning and background knowledge, attention and working memory.

    2. Answering open-ended questions related to the book - For the student to engage deeply with the reading, think beyond the context, and to comprehend more information, feelings, attitudes and extended knowledge of the topic.

    3. Write a summary - For the student to comprehend the book’s context on a deeper level and improve their writing skills through imitation. 

    4. Write sentences using the selected words/phases from the book - For the student to practice their writing, handwriting, grammar and spelling skills as well as their vocabulary knowledge.
